Your new Bigfoot snowshoes and poles have a 1 year free parts replacement warranty from WeSellit Ltd. from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to the original buyer and only for personal use, and not in the event of misuse or intentional damage.
For rental programs, associations, and schools, there is a 90 day free parts replacement warranty from WeSellit Ltd. from the date of purchase.
Any free items are not covered by the warranty.
The buyer must return (at their expense) the defective part or snowshoe to WeSellit Ltd. who will send the replacing part to the buyer. Any costs of repairing the snowshoe(s) are the buyer's responsibility.
The warranty does not cover loss of nuts, bolts, washers, screws on the snowshoes or "baskets" on the poles.
